Inflotvest, LLC is a partner of Port Elevator, JSC with a 30-year history, which carries out solutions for forwarding and expeditionary service of Customer's grain cargoes in Kaliningrad Commercial Sea Port:
• Receipt of shipping documents for cargo from the Port Elevator in Kaliningrad.
• Implementation of the necessary formalities for cargo accounting in the Port Elevator customs control area.
• Registration of the Customer as the party responsible for the financial settlement under the contract in Kaliningrad Customs.
• Order and payment of all studies for quality certificate, declaration of conformity, if necessary - veterinary and phytosanitary, necessary for customs clearance of cargo in export/import mode or within Russian transit.
• In accordance with the instructions of the Customer and the contract documentation, the preparation of a package of documents for submission and execution of the Cargo Customs Declaration for a consignment of cargo for transport nominated by the Customer.
• In the process of loading, interaction as a representative of the Customer with the transport administration and with Port Elevator, assistance in resolving all issues related to cargo operations, participation in the preparation of certificates related to delays in the course of cargo operations and/or improper condition of the shipped cargo. If the quality of the received Port Elevator cargo does not comply with the attached documents, inform the Customer about this within 24 hours in writing.
• Issue on behalf of the Customer of applications for cargo examination, execution of phytosanitary certificate, radiological, veterinary, quality certificate, declaration of conformity and receipt of certificates required for shipment.
• Issue and signing with the captain Bills of Lading, Captain's Receipts, preparation of Master Acts, Notification Acts, Railway Consignment Notes and other cargo documents.
• Execution of the Declaration on the transport characteristics of bulk cargo. Execution of the Certificate on transport characteristics of bulk cargo at the time of loading. After shipment to sea transport and Cargo Customs Declaration execution, submission of documents to Kaliningrad Customs for confirmation of actual export of goods.
• Provision to all organizations involved in the transportation and transshipment of cargo of documents confirming the fact of export in order to avoid recalculation of transportation payments taking into account VAT calculation.
